RECAP OF HY + FC EXPO, CHINA 2018

Organized by AIT Events and co-organized by China National Fuel Cells and Liquid Current Cells Standardization Technical Committee, the Energy Research Institute of the State Commission of Reform and Planning, Dalian Chemistry and Physics Research Institute of China Science Academy, National Energy Group – Beijing Low-carbon Cleaning Energy Institute, Shanghai Jiaotong University – Fuel Cells Research Institute, Taiwan H2 and Fuel Cells Society and Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Association, 12^th China Hydrogen and New Technology Seminar concluded with a good success in Hangzhou Jinma International Hotel on September 6, 2018.

The theme of this Seminar is Driving the Industrialization Process of Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Supply Chains. The total registered delegates reached 70 plus 15 VIP experts who delivered valuable presentations. During the two-day seminar, four round table discussions were set for all delegates and speakers who shared their views of the hot topics of the industry, technical solutions and policy-oriented proposals.

Day 1 was chaired by Ms. Chen Chen, Deputy Secretary General of National Fuel Cells and Liquid Battary Standardization Technical Committee. Day 2 was chaired by Mr. Feng Shengbo, Deputy Director, System Analysis Center of the Energy Research Institute of the State Commission of Reform and Planning.

The delegates to the Event came from large range of industrial sectors such as power, mining, petro-chemistry, natural gas, industrial gases, auto manufacturers, coal chemicals, salinization, irrigation, new energy, electronics, engineering design and construction, Investment and consultant services. These ranges have covered the owners, designers and construction of the fuel cells and H2 filling stations.

This premier Event has concluded with a good appraisal of success for the speakers and contents of the planning of the Event. At the same time, there were good suggestions for the untouched topics and trends of the industry and a valuable comment for the new and constructive topics for the next Event in 2019 aiming to join combined efforts of driving the advancement of fuel cells and H2 supply chain sector in China in the coming future.
